Schedule of Fees for My Notarial Services
My Notarial Fees are charged on a per document basis and the fee will depend on the nature of the notarial services provided, the complexity of the matter, the document(s) being notarised, the language and intended use of the document, and the number of documents involved.
Please contact me to discuss your requirements and based on these requirements I will provide you with a fixed fee quote. My fees are very competitive and I am always transparent with the cost of the notary services and any disbursements that will apply. I will always agree the fees with you prior to undertaking any work for you.
In addition to my professional notarial fees, other fees may become due and payable for the services provided to you. These may include, but are not limited to:
Please note that if we have to make payments on your behalf such as legalisation fees, translator or interpreter fees, or other costs such as travelling expenses, your approval to these will be obtained and you are normally required to make payment in advance of any such amounts.
There is currently no VAT payable on my notarial fees.
I accept payment by BACS transfer, cash (for certain transactions) or credit/debit card, including via QR Code. Currently I accept any credit or debit card that displays a Visa, VPay, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express Logo.
All card payments are processed by SumUp. SumUp is an authorised payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Occasionally unforeseen or unusual issues arise during the course of the matter which may result in a revision of the fee estimate. Examples of this could include where additional documents are required to be notarised, additional translations or legalisations are needed to meet the requirements of the receiving jurisdiction, third party fees are adjusted to reflect external factors such as fuel price changes and so on. The Notary will notify you of any changes in the fee estimate as soon as possible.
These fees are effective from February 2026 and are in substitution for all previous Schedule of Fees.
