INTRODUCTION:
I work closely with solicitors, law firms and barristers’ chambers across London, providing notarial services for their clients where the matter requires a notary rather than (or in addition to) a solicitor. I understand the pressures of legal practice and aim to make every referral as straightforward as possible.
WHEN TO REFER TO A NOTARY:
✗ You do not need a notary if the document is for use within England and Wales only, or if a solicitor’s certified copy is expressly accepted by the recipient.
HOW REFERRALS WORK:
Contact me by phone, WhatsApp or email with brief details of what the client needs. I will advise on the process, timescales and fees. Appointments can usually be arranged within 24 hours — same-day when required.
I can attend the client’s address directly, or can see clients at their solicitor’s offices. The client is also able to attend the Notary office if preferred. I maintain my own professional indemnity insurance (£1 million cover) and hold all required regulatory authorisations.
MY BACKGROUND:
In addition to my notarial practice, I have 25+ years of experience as a General Counsel and senior commercial lawyer, having advised clients in aviation, infrastructure, telecoms and technology across international jurisdictions. This background gives me a practical understanding of the commercial context behind the documents I notarise — which solicitors and their clients find valuable.
FEES FOR REFERRED CLIENTS:
Most corporate instructions from £250 per document. Fees are agreed in advance with the referring firm. No hidden charges.
