My Notarial Fees are charged on a per document basis and the fee will depend on the nature of the notarial services provided, the complexity of the matter, the document(s) being notarised, the language and intended use of the document, and the number of documents involved.

My fees are very competitive and I am always transparent with the cost of the notary services and any disbursements that will apply. I will always agree the fees with you prior to undertaking any work for you.
As an indication of my fees, the base fee for any private client services is £115 with a sliding scale increasing depending on the matter to be dealt with. My base fees for corporate clients starts at £250 per document and again is dependent on the matter to be dealt with.
Legalisation Fees – Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) fees – £35 for the e-Apostille. £40-£45 per standard document. FCDO urgent apostille (Milton Keynes only – subject to eligibility criteria and prior FCDO approval) currently costs £100. All fees are on a per document basis and exclude any agent or courier fees.
Consular / Embassy legalisation charges – to be confirmed on instruction as each of the Consulates and Embassies have their own set fees.
Educational certificate verification fees – payable to HEDD or the issuing academic institution.
Postage, Agent or Courier Fees – these will be confirmed on instruction if required.
I accept payment by BACS transfer, cash (for certain transactions) or credit/debit card, including via QR Code. Currently I accept any credit or debit card that displays a Visa, VPay, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express Logo.
All card payments are processed by SumUp. SumUp is an authorised payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Any SumUp processing charges are included in the Notary fee quoted.
These fees are effective from February 2026 and are in substitution for all previous Schedule of Fees.
